Architectural Services / Arkitektytelser

Initial meeting / Oppstartsmøte - aprox. two hours: 2500 NOK ex. mva
Get your project going, we will meet in person or online to discuss your site/space if you have one and your needs, dreams and visions. And we will outline the process and make an offer for our services.

Concept Design / Skisseprosjekt
Site analysis, regulations, architectural concept, volumes, and spatial principles.

Design Development and building permit / Forprosjekt og rammesøknad
Refinement of design, materials, and technical coordination. Drawings and documentation for planning approval.

Detailed Design / Detaljprosjekt
Construction drawings and detailing.

Construction Follow-up / Byggeoppfølging
Follow-up during construction.
