Architectural Services / Arkitektytelser

Initial meeting / Oppstartsmøte - aprox. two hours: 2500 NOK ex. mva
To get your project going, we will meet in person or online to discuss your site/space if you have one and your needs, dreams and visions.

From there we will outline the process for your specific project and make an offer for our services going forwards.

Concept Design / Skisseprosjekt
Site analysis, regulations, architectural concept, volumes, and spatial principles.

Design Development and building permit / Forprosjekt og rammesøknad
Refinement of design, materials, and technical coordination. Drawings and documentation for planning approval.

Detailed Design / Detaljprosjekt
Construction drawings and detailing.

Construction Follow-up / Byggeoppfølging
Follow-up during construction.
